CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 325(JUD) An Act relating to priorities,                  
claims, and liens for payment for certain medical services provided            
to medical assistance recipients; and providing for an effective date

Senator Torgerson, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for              
the adoption of the Finance Senate Committee Substitute offered on             
page 3345. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE                       
BILL NO. 325(FIN) was adopted and read the second time.
